Sourdough for Beginners 17:00 - 20:00
The workshop will be on all things bread, hosted in our beloved Greystones Bakery. These sourdough workshops will be a hands on introduction into making great bread at home. It will focus on producing the finest possible bread by understanding and wielding the power of nature.
As well as learning all about the flour, fermentation and helpful habit of bread making, the workshop will also include light snacks and plenty of take bits and bobs to get you bubbling with excitement.
Scéal will show you how to fit baking into the rhythm of your day to day life. Making the processes less of a mystery and more approachable, enjoyable and rewarding for you and those you share this new passion with.
The ticket price includes snacks, fundamental notes, recipes, breads to take home and a clone of our starter culture. Other tools and equipment will be available to buy on the day.
