Made with our very own sourdough breadcrumbs and bramley apples from ur own trees, this Christmas pudding will transport you back to your Granny’s kitchen. Irish butter, brandy and a healthy measure of Guinness gives that deep dark depth of colour. Heady winter spices, brightened with plenty of citrus zest, juices and candied peel. A blend of muscovado sugar lends itself to that treacle like, sticky texture we all adore.
Indulge this Christmas. An essential accompaniment for your mince-pies and Christmas puddings. Our version of the class recipe with course sea salt flakes to balance sweet Irish butter and speckled with house-made vanilla paste. We've been known to eat it straight off the spoon.
A classic. The very essence of Christmas within a jar. The flavours, scents, winter spices and booze. Vine fruits are studded with cherries and a generous helping of apple to cut throw the richness. We use a rich puff pastry for the perfect festive mince pie.
Our winter spiced apple jelly is the perfect addition to any cheese board. Pairs well with anything from a mild goat cheese to a robust blue. We spread ours on sourdough toast with salted butter. Works wonders as a glaze for your festive ham or duck.
